As Centre Head my first task was to find the suitable location and negotiate the rental contracts. I obtained the required clearances from the civil authorities and the local residents welfare association. I planned the setup and security enhancements for the centre, and ensured they were implemented in the minimal time.My responsibilities include:- Community and Resource mobilization. - Local outreach and enrollment of women for the education programmes- Setting up, management and Expansion of women's livelihood programs in under served local communities. - Establishing of women's self help groups and turning them into income generating groups.- Social event management for company events - designing and compilation of promotional brochures. Newsletters, reports- Volunteer and intern management and Expansion. - Partnerships and Employability initiatives. - Entrepreneurship and product designing , marketing and promotion as per market trends.- Donor management, reporting and communication.- Community outreach program- Covid awareness, health camps, useful life skills for modern society- Office administration and management reporting

Taking classes at government schools for remedial and supplementary education in English, Computers, Social Studies, Economics, etc.. Relationships management with school authorities, Karnataka Department of Education officials, and donors.Setting up of an after school program at 1 school and expanding it to 5 schools. Setting up and managing supplementary after-school curriculum ensuring an all round approach to child development which includes cultural programs, sports, educational outings ,summer camps, arts , crafts and music Expansion and management of scholarship program aimed at higher education upto graduate level
