I have been the Center Head role at VIDYA, a non-profit organization that provides education and empowerment programs for women and children from underprivileged communities in South Bengaluru. My mission is to transform lives through holistic and sustainable interventions that foster social change and economic independence.I have successfully set up and managed multiple initiatives, such as women's livelihood programs, self-help groups, after-school programs, and scholarship programs, that have benefited hundreds of participants and their families. I have also been responsible for community and resource mobilization, local outreach and enrollment, and relationships management with various stakeholders, including civil authorities, donors, and education officials. I have a strong background in people management, leadership, and business model innovation, as well as expertise in school curriculum design and delivery. I am passionate about creating opportunities and enabling growth for marginalized groups through education and skill development.
