CEMS Business Project with Novo Nordisk's Diabetes Finished Products IT & Digital Transformation department. Title of the project: Developing a Management Model to Accelerate Digital Transformation across the Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) Organization. The project involved desk research, qualitative in-depth interviews with multiple stakeholders across locations and data analysis over four months. It resulted in the development of a recommended DFP-tailored model for how to accelerate digital transformation and scale up new technologies across seven global production sites. The results were presented to the DFP IT & Digital Transformation management.
