For 10 years, I was VP for CAI, a renowned consulting firm that brought more than $9 billion of foreign investment to Canada. I was advancing interests for corporate clients as well as for economic governmental agencies. Author of the acclaimed Why Quebec? study, I directly contributed to the establishment of some European technological leaders in North America. I have published in several magazines and conducted numerous interviews with members of Canada’s political and economic elite. I also have worked in ministerial offices at the federal and provincial level. I have done graduate studies in London UK and holds a MA in International Relations from Queen’s University.
