Hence i lead by example that helps cultivate agile mindset in the challenging environments Organically.19 years of software industry experience in various roles, domains and technologies earned end to end product development cycle knowledge. My Agile journey begins in the year of 2013, slowly embraced Agile as my carrier, since several of my natural characteristics support to continue this role with more passion. In this learning pursued various roles like Scrum Master, Senior Scrum Master, Agile Change agent / Coach, and most recent role is Agile Chapter Lead for 2 Tribes (146 FTE). Solid 5+ years Strong exposure in propagating and implementing Agile at various challenging environment like, Agile adoption to Org level Transformation,First Scrum Master in the organization, Handled First Agile/ Digital Transformation, Geographically distributed teams, inter-nationalities in single team, Strong Hierarchy structure respected environment, More autonomous driven product development, Coaching mid-senior level in Agile way of working, Groomed Strong believers of Traditional and Process Oriented teams, Team with non-agile background, more than one scrum team in parallel and different domain and technical.
