Devin Anderson is a litigation partner in the Salt Lake City and Washington, D.C., offices of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on trial and appellate litigation, and he has briefed and argued cases in trial and appellate courts across the country on a wide array of issues. Devin does a lot of work in the area of class actions and cybersecurity, where he has achieved multiple precedent-setting victories on behalf of clients. In addition, Devin has achieved multiple wins before the Supreme Court in merits cases.Devin has been widely recognized for his advocacy on behalf of clients. Law360 named Devin a “Rising Star” in 2024, and Utah Business named him one of Utah’s “Legal Elite” in 2024.
