Aquatics Manager
CurrentActively manages and oversees staff and daily operations of Redstone MWR Aquatics Center, Goss Rd. Outdoor Pool, Redstone MWR Detail Shop, and Redstone MWR fitness centers. Schedules and supervises staff of 35. Manages office and business administrative duties. Implements and oversees trainings for staff. Assists human resource with the selection, and interviewing of qualified applicants and potential employees, as well as benefits of employees. Processes and submits daily income reports. Generates monthly financial reports. Reviews and analyzes financial reports for different MWR facilities. Possesses and maintains a government credit card, purchases, and receipts. Creates, markets, promotes, and operates programs and events for various MWR facilities. Inputs and submits staff payroll information bi-weekly. Completes quarterly safety reports on facilities and equipment. Knows the Army regulations and ensures business adheres to them.
