Multiple years of hardware and software troubleshooting, customer service, and managing events and event setups. My 4 years at Best Buy taught me how to provide customer service to those in need of technology or having issues with their technology. Shortly after, I helped open Gamers Garage, a LAN center with every desktop being hand built by me. I managed all the software purchases along with maintaining 15+ machines along with repair or build request from clients. I also ran events and tournaments at this location.My last few years at Ceres Unified School District combined both of my previous jobs. I am now managing requests as they filter in through a help desk ticket system, resolving software and hardware issues for on-site and remote clients, and setting up the tech that is requested for events, meeting, and conferences across the district.
