Installation Technician
Current- Sight surveying by assessing the deployment environment for pre-installation and site readiness. - Solid understanding of technical information.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented and highly motivated customer support.- Installation of varying technology. (i.e., kiosks, computers, etc.)- Willingness to travel and perform work at other work locations, including out of state.- Extensive use of LogMeIn and other portal connecting services for remote access troubleshooting. - Clear communication and collaboration with peers and clients. - Ensured that all work performed was properly documented and accurately recorded.- Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with safety excellence.- Performed under basic supervision or none of the following duties: performed routine maintenance, repairs, use of electrical appliances and machinery, etc.- Provides on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment- Maintain clean, safe, and orderly work sites daily.
