- Responsible for weekly, monthly cost and man hour reports to provide current and forecasted spend on a projects- Ensuring proper cost allocation of all labor, equipment, materials- Project trend, schedule or estimate variance analysis to ensure timely and on budget completion of projects, and reporting any potential project risks.- Manage contract change management process, ensuring timely submission and approval of scope changes documents while also ensuring deviations are properly communicated to all parties

Suncor - Firebag

- Coordination and the completion of estimate packages for submission and review in response to Request for Proposals.- Maintain project data, control scopes, work breakdown structures, jobs, and construction works packs in SAP and Project Management systems- Maintaining budgeted information for the portfolio of projects across the business as well as change orders, change notices and trended information within company systems, ensuring such information is communicated to all relevant stakeholders.

Canadian Natural Resources Ltd. - Horizon

- Sourcing materials and services, creating purchase requisitions, repetitive service agreements and work orders for various on-site projects- Tracking purchase orders and subcontractor’s daily activities to ensure accurate invoicing while working within budgetary constraints- Resolving billing queries and contractor issues to ensure contractual compliance- Coordinating various logistical functions to acquire materials from various vendors to ensure accuracy and efficiency of delivery
