For the past 8 years, I've worked as a high school Math teacher and started teaching myself Python in order to make job easier and more effective as well as help my students. I created a program that could dynamically create unique quizzes and tests in LaTex to save me time creating and give additional questions to students wanting more help.With a strong desire to learn, I applied and got accepted to Lambda School, a 9-month Full Stack Web Development & Computer Science bootcamp with an intensive project based curriculum. I used my skills from teaching to stay organized, make content accessible to everybody, communicate effectively with team members, and identify my own strengths and weaknesses.As I move forward, I'm continuing to use technology to enhance my life. From starting to freelance to saving teacher's time, I'm continuously learning and practicing. In the future, I hope to be able to teach students how to use technology to improve their lives.
