Coordinated the research project for students in their final two years and Phase 2 population health to the medical school in various committees. Successfully sought and oversaw the transition from this assignment from a hurdle requirement to one which contributed 10% to student's final mark for the year. Co-chaired the Phase 2 Committee. Delivered lectures to all four years of the medical degree and medical science students.

Articulated organisation's strategic vision, significantly enhancing advocacy to Australian Government ministers and other Members of Parliament. Initiated expansion of the organisation beyond Australia, welcoming the first member institutions from New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and Fiji. Grew organisational income and FTEs. Initiated the Early Career and Post Graduate Subcommittee and a mentoring program for academics at all career stages. Oversaw the design of the social media intern program. Initiated dialogue with similar organisations outside of Australasia, including a world-first meeting of academic public health representative organisations.
