Troubleshoot occasional issues with the monitoring systems for optimum operational ability, and sort out any data transfer or communication issues during commissioning phase of start-up with customers. Test and deploy chemical Injection systems, install tubing hangers, feed thru’s on production trees and install wellhead outlets. Use multimeters, meg meters, TDR, OTDR, and other troubleshooting / diagnostic equipment. Install these tools on tubing deployments or casing deployments. Complete job reports timely, and ensure that all financial obligations are at or below budget. Hold face to face meetings with crew members, customers, and service reps to drive our plan of execution and verify that everyone is in direct understanding. Train young engineers in our respected job tasks.

Supervise the installation of Float Equipment, Frac Sleeves, Casing, and Airlock Floatation Devices. Calculate casing and annulus capacities, hydrostatics pressures, and design tally for the proper placement of equipment in the casing string in accordance to the Directional Surveys. Direct the driller and rig crew on proper rig up of cement head when bursting downhole discs are required. Direct driller in the pressuring up and bursting of downhole burst disc. Direct the driller in the filling procedure of empty casing. Monitor cement operations to verify that the desired capacities are rendered. Elaborate suggestions based on procedures when rotating while deploying casing, due to the severity of angling and dog legs in the well profile. Above all else, verify all measurements for tools being deployed.
