I work directly with our customer analysts to help them investigate technical system issues, provide tailored system configuration strategies, stay up-to-date on new features, and act as a liaison for cross-customer communication. Internally, I oversee various system features, develop software, create and administer training materials and classes, review and improve processes, and revolutionize healthcare.I designed, created, and operationalized a novel financial reporting tool that has been used to collectively save customers hundreds of millions of dollars. This report has become a critical and standard tool for our customers to ensure their financial success.

I majored in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Bioengineering. My team and I won a cash award for our senior capstone project. I had the opportunity to create an operating system implemented with C and x86 Assembly, work with field-programmable gate arrays (FPGA) using SystemVerilog, and learn fundamental programming concepts using C++. On the biology side, I really enjoyed learning about biochemistry, molecular genetics, and biosensors. I also had the great opportunity to work with a lab at the Beckman Institute with some incredible peers and advisors. On occasion I would also revise class materials for clarity and work with professors to implement those.

The military was a great experience. I learned a lot about teamwork, responsibility, and work ethic during my time here. Learning Chinese Mandarin was challenging and very gratifying. I graduated as Top Graduate from technical training with a 97.1% academic average and received multiple accolades for my operational work, including an award from the commander of the entire Pacific Air Force region.I was promoted to a non-commissioned officer (NCO) position at the earliest opportunity--even being promoted early via a highly competitive early promotion program (top 10% of the Air Force). My responsibilities as an NCO included ensuring personnel safety and productivity, mentoring, writing annual evaluations, and maintaining proper military standards. I was frequently recognized for excelling in this role.After working operationally, I moved to training where I re-worked the training regime to produce better prepared operators up to two months faster. I also created an administrative tracking program using Excel to reduce personnel administrative overhead by 25%.
