I am the team manager and coach of now a 40 member USA Synchro Registered , Riverside Aquettes team. Back in September 2016 the club only had 10 members and was on the verge of shutting down. I've used my management experience and also what I have learned in school to turn RAQ (Riverside Aquettes) around and make it profitable while also re-invigorating the training program. I also utilize my experience as a synchronized swimmer, by coaching all of our athletes at some point during the week. I the luckiest coach in the World because I have the opportunity to be mentored for the last year by Olympic coach Sue Nesbitt. I continue to grow as a coach with Sue's help as I delve into this new sport for me, of USA synchronized swimming in business and in the athletic side.

I managed six athletes at the amateur level as well as how the Executive Assistant position to the Director of all North American Racing. This job took me all over North America and Europe. I also traveled all over North America to with the KTM Junior Supercross Challenge attending all 16 rounds of Supercross.
