• My role as a Senior Partner Manager (Account Manager) at Groupon consists of managing a team of Partner Managers as they play a vital role at each stage of a deal's life-cycle through Groupon by From the moment a FSR (Field Sales Rep) signs a deal with a new business partner through to prepping the partner for the feature, Partner Managers serve as the Partner's operational point of contact. This extends to post-feature and re-runs.• I act as a monitor, negotiator and supporter on behalf of our partners for each stage of the Groupon feature process including: Scheduling, Feature date, Editorial, Redemptions, Finance, Re-runs & Service Escalations.
