Vice President - Investments
CurrentResponsible for identifying, evaluating and structuring new grocery anchored retail development opportunities as well as value-add re-developments within the portfolio throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Lead the company’s investment strategy as acquisitions director for the Washington/Baltimore MSA sourcing existing best-in-class shopping centers for acquisition. Oversee and manage the project management and financial services teams with regards to underwriting and budget analysis for presentation to executive board for approval on all investment activity within the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. Source all anchor tenants and negotiate anchor leases and anchor pad sales for new developments and re-developments, as well as provide leadership to the leasing team on the merchandizing and successful lease-up of new property development and re-development. Supervise and lead project management on all aspects of the development process such as entitlement, design and construction. Coordinate and manage third-party consultants used within the development and acquisition process.
