Current▪ Establish key partnerships with top music companies and brands. Lead meetings and discussions with partners and teams. Successful in negotiating mutually beneficial agreements, account management, and working closely with executive level management.▪Drive company growth by recognizing revenue opportunities and leading deals to closure. Developed the affiliate membership program. Assist in designing PPT decks and creative assets. Produce events and activations both in person and virtually. Provide general support for partnership needs through oversight of production plans and prospecting new partners.▪ Review partnership contracts, push forward partner and sponsor deliverable fulfillment through cross-functional collaboration & developing workback schedules. Create post-mortem recaps using data to inform partners on their success. Successfully manage and expand partner relationships while also meeting quotas and deadlines.
