Been working out for 5 years straight now. Personally I have had many transformations over the course of my training history, ever since then I am constantly working on myself to better my self and those that I help. I am certified through ISTA with my personal training certification, fitness nutritional specialist. I will have another 2 certifications by December of this year and my bachelors next May. Looking forward to helping those that are looking for the help at a reasonably cheaper price than most trainers. I am a college student and I know how life gets.
