CurrentUnderstanding of what components create what functions for IGT, AVP and Aristocrat games to better troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair. Extensive keychip knowledge for 526, 6.2, 6.4, Superstar and AVP brain box programs. Ability to do full game conversions. Knowledge of hubbed, and daisy chained communication systems. Experience with progressives. Setup, troubleshooting and repair knowledge. Programming SIBs, and running progressive lines.Full knowledge of GMS (Game management systems) communication program. Responsible for upwards of 70,000.00 at the shop and 40,000.00 in vehicle safe daily for settling customer grievances, cash exchanges, cash dispenser maintenance, fills and repair, taxable Jackpot payouts, and other cash transaction. Drawer audits for locations that have third party employees running the gaming area. Parts inventory management. Minor on the spot part repair, and cleaning.
