Lead the waste engineering of nuclear fuel for carriers and submarines as a critical member of a multi-billion dollar facility build. Engage 3D solid modeling software to design new tooling and equipment for the M-290 waste side of the Naval Spent Fuel Handling Facility(NSFH). Guide concepts and feasibility of tooling needed for the new NSFH facility. Team with operators, stakeholders, and leadership to discover flaws and advise improvements to current designs. Develop presentations for moves, mapping efforts from inception to completion.
