• Configure, install, upgrade, deploy, and manage operating systems for both client workstations and servers, firewalls, network switches, VOIP services, access control / security cameras, and a multitude of end user software• Configure and support business class networks to efficiently support data / VOIP infrastructure with supporting network documentation• Configure and manage student devices for schools with 50+ students• Create WLAN networks with clear segregation for added public networks• Repair end user systems after thorough diagnosis• Open/Close client support tickets as needed for multiple hardware/software related issues; follow through as necessary
