Review sales orders for EITF 08-1 and SOP 97-2 compliance and determine if re-allocation of revenue is required. Re allocate revenue as necessary on a per-order basis and enter re-allocations into Oracle, then scan and upload soft copies of all orders into Oracle.

Receive weekly and quarterly sales data reports directly from 3rd party distributors and incorporate this new data into a series of 500,000+ line Excel databases, adjusting incoming data formats to match with existing data, then provide Sales Management staff with said data for analysis.Also maintain and monitor approx. 70 customer accounts, run aging reports, submit claims, and make collection calls to customers in order to ensure payment of current and past due invoices.

Review/audit, troubleshoot, and correct all sales orders for errors (both human and system generated) before invoices are sent out to the customers. Also resposible for regular maintenance and clean-up of the customer master database.

Assist Dempsey Partners managers/partner in complex asbestos litigation case, including examining, sorting, and categorizing over 30,000 pages of legal documents, invoices, receipts, etc. and compile into a master database to present to the client.
