Develops, maintains and identifies improvements for the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes

● Performs Tier 1-2 IT Network Operations (NETOPS) Service Desk Management, including incident and problem processing, change request processing, availability management, user interaction, and password management/recovery● Handles secret classified network and radio equipment, SKLs, Non-Secure Internet Protocol (NIPR), and Secure Internet Protocol (SIPR)● Create PowerPoint presentations and supporting documentation for cross training purposes ● Perform system administrative task
