Devin is the ASSET Reliability Division Manager at CWA. The ASSET Reliability Division is a dedicated group of professionals whose focus is to provide engineering, procurement and project management services for smaller capital projects, maintenance projects, repair projects, equipment and structure inspections.Devin is a structural engineer and project manager with expertise in structural design, project management, and construction management, including the procurement of major plant components and the design and integration of steel support structures and structural foundations. He has been involved with cost estimating, scheduling, and project management, on-site construction management, as well as conceptual and detailed plant design for mining, marine, and materials processing facilities. Devin was the former lead project manager in CWA’s ASSET Reliability Division, and his hands-on experience includes condition inspection and repair design of industrial and marine structures, storage buildings, and large materials handling equipment, as well as the development of load testing procedures.
