-Support a single tax office during tax season to deliver a first class client experience and assist with the daily supervision of tax office associates.-Serve as onsite point of contact for the tax office for associates and clients.-Execute and hold all office associates accountable to Standard Operating Procedures execution and client service experience.-Ensure clients are scheduled properly and conflicts are resolved.-Lead the office from the front desk, providing phone coverage and engaging with clients to deliver an outstanding experience.-Lead daily activities to ensure that all tax office associates are scheduled, and work is completed according to deadlines, with attention to quality standards, priorities and overall goals.

-I spent a ton of time getting to know each of my students so that there was a mutual sense of trust between us. This included learning their triggers and how to best address them when they were having a difficult time.-I assisted the classroom teacher in providing instruction in small groups as well as one on one depending on the students' needs at the time. This included teaching new lessons, as well as reinforcing previous lessons.-I administered/scored tests while providing documentation of any modifications made or manipulatives used during the test.-I also supported the student's learning during their time in general education classes, ensuring that they had the extra assistance needed to prosper along with their non special education peers.-I managed student's behaviors according to their individual needs and Behavior Intervention Plan.-I collected extensive data on each student's behavior based on their objectives hour by hour throughout each school day.-participated staff development each school year
