The Share Trust works to shift Power, Process and Funding to local and proximate leaders, in deep partnership with Warande Advisory Centre (warandeadvisory.com). The Share Trust centers self-help groups, local coalition accelerators and other innovative models to increase community resilience and control over their own development. By engaging the Global North ecosystem of philanthropy and government donors, we work with others to call for more funding, power and equitable process to local actors to make the global development and humanitarian system more effective.

Empowered global leadership team to achieve operational and strategic goals through clarity, data, and coaching to high performance.● Designed strategies to improve core model and guide strategic geographic expansion from 13 to 26 countries resulting in 181% growth in delivery partners and 205% growth in entrepreneurs served.● Increased fundraising by 133% (foundations, individuals, and corporate gifts), and built earned income strategy, and provided financial oversight, budgeting, compliance and reporting to ensure financial sustainability. ● Led over 50 direct staff and 400 partner trainers. Co-founded and led Ugandan NGO lifting women out of poverty. Led implementation of programs, earned income strategy, supply chain, financial budgeting, oversight, monitoring, and evaluation. Incubated entrepreneurship train trainer model for global expansion through Street Business School. ● Generated over $30 M in revenue through earned income strategies. ● Created small business training program specifically for women living extremely poorly, and assisted more than 10,000 people in escaping extreme poverty.● Promoted first organization introducing paper bead jewelry to global market, inspiring more than 100 additional organizations to imitate design for global export.
