To ensure safe and professional work in restoration, relocation, new construction and updating of natural gas services and equipment. Qualities include an expertise in customer service, organization, efficiency in time management, route planning and work flow. Policies and procedures must be enforced daily by completing audits on technician's field work and truck maintenance. Performing daily group collaboration with fellow supervisors on prioritizing locations of supervision, planning assistance on problematic situations and communication of all policies and procedures to ensure all grounds are covered and everyone is performing consistently. Our Post & Live audits are performed to make sure procedures are not skipped or overlooked. We interact with customers and inquire about the tasks our technicians performed and the manner in which they carried themselves. If the customer allows access to the home we will inspect all gas appliances to make sure proper lighting instructions were followed and code violations were not overlooked.Live audits are then performed to watch and oversee technician's work & Field correct/advise technicians if necessary on proper policies and procedures. Audits are documented daily and sent to Management at the end of the day. We will then collaborate on our findings and determine new steps and ways to ensure safety and quality control.
