Ensured all testing of rubber and various components were performed properly before release for use. Ensured non-conforming stock was properly restricted or corrective action was taken to guarantee all stock was within specifications. Supervised a laboratory technician during testing. Charged with managing and supervising ten soldiers and the maintenance of a Stryker Infantry Carrier Vehicle while in garrison and while deployed to South Korea. Used discretion to determine eligibility criteria in a potential hire. Conducted interviews to inspire interest in becoming a soldier. Counseled tentative hires on the benefits of the Army as an organization and how they could accomplish their personal goals through an enlistment. Completed extensive paperwork and walked potential new hires through their tentative contractual obligation before finalization at the Military Entrance Processing Station. Transported potential new hires to MEPS. Managed Future Soldiers until their ship date. In processed Reserve Component Soldiers into their new units.

Assisted the company Command Team by writing memorandums, completing soldier's school requests and paperwork, maintaining personnel personal and training files, completing paperwork for disciplinary action, and assisted soldier's in correcting financial issues. Acted as "Battle Captain" during field exercises in order to manage operations, and track and report on training.

Responsible for accomplishing tasks assigned to my four man team. Responsible for training, the well being, and managing three soldiers. Responsible for the security of the Stability and Transition Team and the Company Intelligence Support Team while working jointly with the 7th Iraqi Army.Led my team on security missions to ensure the safety of our facility while deployed in support of Operation New Dawn, in Al Assad Air Base and Baghdad, Iraq.

Operated armored HMMWV (Humvee) in support of electronic close target reconnaissance. Drove in unforgiving and dangerous conditions in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Maintained diligence to ensure safety of fellow teammates.
