Oversee over 900 wells in the Ohio Storage system. Plan and supervise work for fracturing, drilling, coil tubing, and plugging and abandoning wells. Gather information and submit state permit applications for projects. Forecast financial costs for jobs and set a monthly timeline for project spend, while adhering to company budget. Help write policy documents for work processes. Work frequently with PHMSA and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources to comply with current regulations. Worked with four groups and headed a program where I created and implemented a plan to gather information from field personnel on our assets for PHMSA compliance purposes.

I analyzed the relationship and reaction between parent and infill wells in regards to frac hits. I used Fekete and Aries to perform Decline Curve Analysis and Rate Transient Analysis, as well as studied the economics encountered when we saw a frac hit. I compared the data collected through these analyses on Excel and was able to come to a final conclusion and recommendation to help my business unit and the company.

I examined and learned the equipment and process of drilling, completions, construction and production, while being out on the pads in each environment.
