Serves as a POC for Pharmacy Students to provide guidance through the various on boarding stages and communication with the Security Office. • Review and sign off as the Budget Officer for spending for IMPAC Log Requests from OC Purchase cardholders for supply orders, professional development requests, and registration fees associated with conference attendance and training. • Update tracking data/ Log and budgetary information by cardholder.• Serves as an unofficial lead to Administrative Support Assistants on the IO Operations Team in matters of Travel Preparation, general administrative and budget processes, and property.
