Have performed at the Ottawa and Montreal Jazz festivals, the Ottawa Blues Festival, the Portsmouth Blues festival, the Ottawa and Victoria Folk Festivals, the GCTC Acoustic Waves series, the National Arts Centre and across Canada. First solo album "Stretching Glass" was released in 2004 and followed by the EP "Stand-in for the Victory" in 2009.Yoga MusicFrom ambient to rhythmic, tribal, fusion and atmospheric. Guitar loops with Asian overtones fluidly mixed into live percussion and yidaki (didgeridoo). I have been making music for yoga since 2001, including performing kirtan music at the Shivananda Ashram (Val Morin, Que), and local centres and regular sessions at local yoga studios - Rama Lotus, Hollow Tree, Adishesha Yoga Zone, Santosha, Pranashanti.Thai MassageCertified Thai massage practitioner and teacher from Lotus Palm Montreal, worked with teacher Kam Thye Chow on curriculum and school development. Canadian representative of Michael Sitzer's Thai Yoga Bodywork program. I have taught in many locations in Canada and the US and have been an active practitioner in the community since 2004.Yoga12 years of practice in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition with 5 years of practice in Hatha and Yin styles. Certified yoga teacher from Adishesha Yoga Zone (Basia Going), and in Yin yoga through the Nosara Institute (Biff Mithoefer).
