About Devin Kern

I have worked in customer service for the past decade, focusing my skills on cultivating a strong and growing team. Though I usually begin in a generalized position to fully understand the business, I am historically repositioned to an area that utilizes my coaching and communication skills to help onboard and support members of my team. My favorite thing about coaching is using my empathy and experience to truly work with each individual of my team so I can set them up for success and make sure their performance is heading in the best direction. My most recent experience has been working with a newer company to develop their training and onboarding programming. While the team did start small, we quickly expanded which required larger group training sessions and a streamlined training schedule that I participated in and helped cultivate. The coaching moment that I am most proud of is single-handedly creating a multifaceted week long coaching program to work with my larger team, focusing on the areas of improvement that not only the company wanted but also the areas that the team wanted greater assistance with as well. I am looking to start the next chapter of my coaching career by working with a company that shares my belief and respect in the individual to create a strong and proficient team to grow with the company.
