Assisting the Store Manager in daily operation of fast paced high volume store included sales, service and complete customer satisfaction. Other duties were to make the schedule for a staff of 12, maintaining inventory levels by completing weekly and monthly counts, product flow, maintaining the store appearance and doing weekly merchandising resets, conducting interviews with potential hires, doing monthly one- on-ones with the employees, daily observations on the sales staff to ensure proper sales techniques, and customer satisfaction surveys to find out what we may have been missing out on. In conjunction with the management team, we were able to take one of the worst stores in the district to being consistently in the top 3 stores every month.

Store Manager of Multiple locations within the Hanover PA area. Over saw a staff of 5-10 employees over the years I was there and grew the locations to one of the most profitable in the company.

Hagerstown Maryland

Assistant Manager in one of the busiest locations in the district. Oversaw a staff of 10+ employees. Merchandising resets, paperwork, sales, and customer service were a daily event. Had to move fast to keep up with the ever changing industry of sports apparel and footwear.
