Overseeing the Eastern and Central region variable compensation process
Audit Direct Bill and Agency Bill Variable Compensation rates for Risk Advisors, specifically for the Eastern and Central Region. Ensure rates are in compliance with contractual agreements with Human Resource files. Ensure earnings are submitted to partnering Payroll and Accounting Departments within expected deadlines. Report Revenues and Variable Compensation Expenses for tracking Risk Advisors Book of Business, monitor performance, provide insight for Budgets, and various analysis requests. Onboard acquired Agencies with support in multiple systems, quality of data, and ensuring transition to corporates main Agency system is completed efficiently and with ease for acquired Risk Advisors. Evaluate compensation plans to ensure appropriate plan is arranged for each Risk Advisor, provide suggestions on Variable Compensation plan transitions. Work closely with Direct Bill, Mergers & Acquisitions, HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and Sales Leaders/Support Teams.Assisting in automation project for statement delivery, to speed up handling time, as well as eliminate manual touches from Comp Analysts.
