Current- Maintaining data for Retirement and Deferred Compensation plans, along with regular auditing. This also includes preparing reports and making recommendation improvements for policies and procedures related to these.
- Counseling employees and retirees on the University’s benefit plans and procedures, providing additional resolution support when there are more complex employee issues.
- Supervising Benefit Assistants who are responsible for benefit data entry, ensuring compliance and accurate entries.
