• Direct the daily operation of an after-school program for 50 students, ages 4-11, at Windom Spanish-Dual Immersion School • Create a safe, recreational, educational environment for children; align with MAAP accreditation standards of safety and high quality care• Coordinate administrative functions including payroll, managing site budget, leading professional development, establishing community partners, and aligning with district behavior guidelines for students• Lead staff recruitment efforts program-wide and conduct weekly interviews for positions• Facilitate welcoming and culturally-inclusive environment for families of diverse background, develop bilingual marketing materials• Internally promoted to “Blended Site Coordinator” position in 2014, including more responsibility in project management, recruitment efforts, interviewing, and staff development

• Facilitate the “Minnesota Afterschool Accreditation Program” standards at nine Minneapolis Kids sites, and perform end-of-the-year observations with individualized documentation review and feedback for those sites• Conduct in-depth observations and documentation review of 4-7 sites per year to assess quality standards as a contracted validator for school-age care programs in other school districts
