Leads a safety culture throughout market to bring reduction in General Liability and Worker's Comp claims. Coordinates with store management to increase sales through process execution and merchandising principals. Partners with market team to bring profitability to the overall market.

Responsible for driving overall sales for store through execution of sales promotions, merchandising and team building. Recruit, hire and train team of employees to provide excellent customer service and reduce turnover. P&L analysis to identify ways to improve business operations.

Alaska District

Lead shrink reduction efforts throughout District by implementing shrink reduction measures in merchandising, theft mitigation, external/internal controls and processes. Supervise LP Team in District. Lead Safety Culture in District to reduce General Liability and Worker's Comp claims.
