Regularly provide IT support to customers in person, by phone/email, and remotely, utilizing Webex and Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP). • Regularly provide Video Teleconference (VTC) support. Provide guidance on monitor and teleconference setup. Provide support for hardware, cabling, and network setup, and any required troubleshooting.
