Devin is a highly skilled and accomplished professional with over 10 years of experience in the power generation industry. He has supported many plants across the United States using his vast expertise and success while obtaining numerous industry qualifications.He began his career as a Reactor Service Technician advancing to a Senior Level Field Engineer and Nuclear Operator. His skills cover many areas including Plant Operations, Under Vessel Operations, CRD exchange operations, I&C maintenance and upgrade projects, HCU mechanical maintenance, CRD rebuilds, reactor cooling pump projects, under vessel tooling design and refurbishment, and repairs to valves, pumps and ongoing monitoring of plant equipment.His leadership, project management and technical skills are complemented by the pursuit of job excellence, coaching and mentoring, team collaboration, positive change, new ideas and continuous quality improvement. His experience and multiple qualified designations include an Associate’s degree in Industrial Management Technology, and he is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
