• Work with customers, field teams, engineering teams, and peer TMEs to track, debug, and solve customer issues
• Communicate issue and product status to customers using email, phone conferences, and internal databases
• Responsible for understanding product features and limitations then creating and publishing customer documentation including Technical Product Specifications, Technical Advisories, and Product Change Notifications
• As Product Lead for two server generations, responsible for leading an international team of TMEs and training new employees
• Create and deploy product training worldwide to both internal teams and select customers
