CurrentAs a Solutions Architect at Keap, I work closely with internal stakeholders and to understand their business needs and translate those into actionable, technology-driven solutions. I collaborated closely with leadership to guide technology adoption and ensure systems were aligned with both immediate needs and long-term business objectives. I partner with teams across the organization to streamline processes, optimize systems, and drive growth.I’m passionate about using technology to solve business challenges. I get to play a dual role that connects both IT and Operations. On the IT side, I make sure tools like Okta, Jira, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, ADP, Slack, Zoom etc... are optimized and working together to keep teams productive and data flowing smoothly. On the Operations side, I focus on improving key operational systems and workstreams using platforms such as Salesforce, Chargebee, NetSuite, Vonage Contact Center, Marketo and BigQuery so the business can run more efficiently and effectively. I also dive deep into data from our data lake, using Salesforce Data Cloud and CRMA to pull in key customer insights that give our teams a 360-degree view of each customer. This helps us make smarter decisions and deliver more personalized experiences.I’m all about building solutions that save time and effort, so I use tools like Node.js, Google Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Workato and Zapier to automate tasks and integrate systems. I also create custom Slack apps and bots to make communication and workflows more seamless. With my background in APIs, REST, and JavaScript, I build scalable solutions that make everything work better for the entire company.On top of it all, I manage vendor relationships and handle contract renewals to ensure the tools we use align with our goals.
