Responsibilities: Responsible for day-to-day operations of 100,000 sq. ft. building while dispatching drivers over 2 states. Other duties included staff supervision, inventory, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, customer service, profit and loss, payroll, building/warehouse maintenance, transportation, and logistics. Staffed contractors and negotiated rates to insure timely delivery of package merchandise at a favorable rate to the company.
