• Supervise a team of experienced mechanics in the day to day maintenance operations• Install, remove, rebuild, maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical• Develop training plans for service technicians• Develop and execute Preventive Maintenance programs• Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components-- photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encoders• PLC programs, ability to troubleshoot ladder logic (read use for troubleshooting), components (CPU back plains, I/O boards, counters, modules, and devices) and communications modules (Ethernet)• Mentor technicians by motivating, providing guidance and directions to help them achieve their goals• Develop and maintain a good working relationships across all levels in the organization• Ability to provide enriched feedback to enhance individual performance

Operate and troubleshoot separation equipment with emphasis on customer relations & proper equipment operation. Perform day to day maintenance, repairs and upkeep on separation equipment and systems to minimize downtime and achieve efficient operation and production. Make necessary modifications for optimal performance and identify possible process contaminates.

In charge of building maintenance operation, custodial care, fire and safety programs, equipment inventory control, expenditures and budgets, implementing a preventive maintenance program, repair and overhaul of existing equipment and installation, set up, and training of new equipment.

To assist licensed mechanics in the daily maintenance of machines and control systems, job modernizations, housekeeping of machine rooms, continue OTJ training, assist in troubleshooting elevator control systems and various jobs as assigned by superintendent.
