Devin is the Chief Development Officer for FR Health and is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the collective organizations. Devin has been in the behavioral health industry for over a decade and founded one of the first primary mental health residential treatment programs in California. In recent years and in response to the changing landscape in behavioral health, Devin was a champion and helped develop a treatment program exclusively for first responders. This program was one of the first in the country to offer long term treatment exclusively to public safety. Devin leads a diverse team of public safety advocates who work together to ensure trust and integrity with all of the public safety departments and organizations they serve. With a personal passion for helping the public safety community and their families thrive, Devin works with departments and their associations to make sure culturally competent resources are in place. Devin is a trusted resource for department leaders who want to break down barriers for those seeking help, while also supporting a cultural shift with proactive wellness programs.
