Maintains the integrity of Navy-wide PERSTEMPO deployment data in multiple databases to ensure accurate reporting and overall compliance with applicable instructions and laws. Ensure data accuracy is verified and compliance tracked through multiple Ad Hoc tools across all Navy commands and entities. Participating in the revision of DOD and DON instructions, software design, and business processes to improve accuracy and ease of use as part of two multi-tiered, multi-agency teams.

Responsible for all electronic and mechanical equipment involved in the receipt of ingredients and materials, batching and storage of products, and cleaning of plant systems. Also responsible for all processing and packaging equipment for four ice cream production lines and palletizing equipment for 18 production lines. Responsible for departmental Lean Manufacturing efforts. Directly supervised work order scheduling, payroll, and shift scheduling for 60+ maintenance technicians across four distinct departments. Continuously oversaw departmental purchasing while striving to minimize $8 million parts inventory to lowest achievable levels. Also, departmental hiring manager and contractor liaison.

Managed 26 maintenance technicians in the day to day operations and upkeep of a food processing plant. Lock-out Tag-out program coordinator for the facility. Responsible for facility security, planned maintenance schedule completion and preliminary project planning. Ensured continuous improvement with regards to upgrading equipment to newer, safer designs. Serves as the liaison between maintenance and six other departments. Supervises facility maintenance on all boilers, air compressors, ammonia compressors, and maintains internal radio systems and grounds keeping.

Revived a failing recruiting station as a junior recruiter and re-introduced it to the community making it a highly productive station. Restructured and stream-lined in-processing procedures for all nuclear field applicants as Advanced Programs Coordinator in a district of approx. 148,000 square miles. Achieved 130% of New Contract Objective goal, contributing to the recruiting district attaining 100% Nuclear Field goal. Ensured completion of all qualifications and training for over 130 recruiting district personnel in an area spanning 8 states (AR, TN, northern half of MS and AL, and portions of KY, VA and GA). Responsible for furthering Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Initiative by educating over 20,000 students across the region about Nuclear Power and other STEM career fields. Created an opportunity for 10 schools and their students to build and compete with miniature submarines in a regional STEM competition sponsored by local colleges, the US Navy, and various state and regional STEM organizations.

Pivotal in maintaining major emergent repairs ahead of schedule and budget for the planned 3 month window with a base cost in excess of $2 million. Responsible for training of all nuclear qualified Machinist Mates attached to the command. Rebuilt the Engine Room after multi-million dollar conversion process. Qualified and operated all mechanical watch stations in the Engine Room for 5 years. Participated in the refueling of and multiple, subsequent operations required to restart the reactor. Participated in the IX and Purification Filter resin change out procedures, complicated due to immense radiological concerns. Certified Universal EPA Refrigeration Technician since 2008 with 5 years of experience working with High and Low Pressure Refrigeration Plants.
