These records were subsequently uploaded and updated through NeoGov platforms during the onboarding and offboarding processes.• Collaborated with the Compensation and Benefits Manager to facilitate the Open Enrollment process and assess Medicare coverage, specifically ensuring credible coverage, for an auditors' meeting. This involved comprehensive data analysis using an Excel spreadsheet containing the 2023 expenditure data for retired employees and their dependents enrolled in the AultCare medical plan.• Orchestrated a recruitment event on behalf of the City of Canton Civil Service Commission, targeting retired veterans to disseminate information about job openings. Engaged in the recruitment of new employees through a multi-faceted approach, employing video, telephone, and in-person interviews.• Effectively managed employee relations concerns, and submitted payroll, ADA, EEOC, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), and Workers' Compensation claims in the capacity of an HR Generalist through NeoGov.• Vigilantly monitored and contributed to the negotiation process of union bargaining agreements, and upheld compliance with ordinances, as well as adherence to policies and procedures within the City of Canton.• Adhered to strict confidentiality standards by safeguarding personal, corporate, and financial data belonging to the City of Canton and its workforce.• Engaged in proactive outreach to employees, initiating conversations pertaining to their 2023 benefit packages within the context of an ongoing audit initiative.
