Hired as the Creative Producer in 2010 and was given responsibilities such as producing all live events including conferences, weekly Sunday services, and leading creative brainstorming and vision casting meetings. Assigned projects such as: designing, producing, and directing 3 large productions. Visual art projects included painting and chalking multiple large-scale murals for marketing and promotional purposes.

As Assistant Manager I oversaw job sites where we created murals with airbrush and other interior decorative finishes, such as: faux finish and Venetian plaster. Production quality and customer service were our highest priority.
