Use knowledge of electronics to drive sales by educating guests about products in the department and the accessories that go with those products. Work with team leads to maximize product placement with the use of Sales Planners as well as making sure product is set on the sales floor. Use skills and knowledge to ensure and overall positive guest experience for Target guests.

Oversee and supervise a residence hall of 100 - 120 students, making sure that living conditions were safe and healthy. Organized large scale programs for Piedmont College students, including Community Haunted House, Spring Formal, and educational trips. Supervise a staff of four Resident Assistants, providing training and mentoring as well as guidance for staff members to deal with crises and counseling situations in the residence hall.

Oversee and supervise a suite style residence hall of 40 students. Organized large scale programs that involved the community, such as Community Trick or Treat and Eagle Buck Auction Acted as a liaison between faculty, counselors, Public Safety and housekeeping and residents. Arrange and conduct programs to educate and build community among residents. Work study for Residence Life and continuation of work as Resident Assistant.

Supervised a floor of about 20 residents. Provided peer counseling, conflict resolution, and crises management for residents when needed. Created and conducted programs each semester to provide growth in the residential community.
