Outbound Telesales Position responsible for calling into a module of "at risk" small business customers to sell AT&T products and services such as: Access Lines, High Speed Internet Service, Web Hosting, and Local & Long Distance Calling Plans.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Calling each customer in my module at least once each quarter to ensure that their telecommunications needs are being cared for* Meeting daily quotas for calls made, decision makers contacted, and products sold* Working with other departments, such as billing, to ensure that any customer issues are cared for in a timely manner

Inbound Customer Service Position responsible for taking calls from customers and internal departments to process Change Order and Disconnect Requests for High Speed Internet ServicesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Save existing customers that want to disconnect DSL service by explaining the benefits of keeping DSL service and offering promotional rates to lower costs* Save DSL orders from being cancelled by authorizing SOS (Save Our Sale) technician dispatches when customers can not complete the Customer Self Install on their own * Process change orders for DSL customers which include: Re-term/Re-rate, Speed Upgrades/Downgrades, IP Provisioning Upgrades/Downgrades* Work with other departments such as Technical Support, ASI Provisioning, DSL Billing and Telco Business Offices to ensure that the customer's needs are cared for

Assist Homeowners regarding the status of their home loans, including their mortgage status, escrow accounts, homeowners' insurance and any other requests for customer satisfaction.

Handle incoming calls from clients. Manage workloads concerning health and welfare benefits. Assist clients with 401 k and pension account questions.

Manage packages being shipped internationally either UPS, FedEx, or any local shipping vendors. Prepare special care packages for shipment (i.e. fragile, hazardous materials, etc). ISO 9000 certified.

General human resources and payroll duties. Manage up to 15-20 employees at once. Train and oversee new recruits to be hired into the company. Oversee daily inventory at the location(s). ADP knowledgeable, State of Illinois Department of Health certified.

Assist customer within the showroom and deliver client's packages to the homestead. Communicated with the company outside vendors on outgoing deliveries not normally shipped on weekly basis but as an on call type delivery.
