Post acquisition, I was designated as the subject matter expert for Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange and placed within the CA Enterprise division. From this role I did my best to serve and champion for the remaining 100,000 plus customers within a very different CA support organization model.

Offered enterprise-level technical support for Symantec as a specialist in email security products. Including Email Security.Cloud, Symantec Mail Security For Microsoft Exchange & Symantec Mail Gateway. Cases were picked up on a next in queue basis and worked via email, phone & video conference as needed using KCS methodology through to confirmed resolution.
